CRS Product Definitions:

CRS uses premium brand name products that are warranted by their manufacturer. These products are brands that you know and trust such as Ardex, Behr and PPG.

For concrete repairs and decorative work, CRS uses ADREX products that are specially formulated to resurface old, spalled or worn concrete surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, patios or steps. ARDEX products are a cost-effective alternative to complete concrete replacement.

For concrete prep work, CRS uses a combination of high-quality ARDEX and BEHR products that constractors have known and trusted for years. These products are back by their manufacturer warranty.

For a non-slip surface, CRS can apply Behr Non-Skid Floor Additive. This product will not change the color of the floor coating, and yet leaves a high-quality finish.

PRODUCT DEFINITIONS:

Polymer Concrete

A proprietary blend of resin, hardeners and concrete. Used as a repair product, to provide a new wear surface, or a decorative medium for stamp, stencil, and textural patterns on existing concrete surfaces. It can be applied at as little as 1/16th of an inch thicknesses where door clearances or drainage is at issue. It can be colored using any decorative system for concrete surfaces.

Cooler Decking

A decorative and protective coating that is applied to exterior concrete surfaces to provide a more uniform color, protection from water penetration, and subsequent freeze damage.

CRS uses Behr concrete stain that contains a penatrating concrete stain plus a 100% siliconized acrylic that gives you a saturation for color and weather proofs the concrete. Two for one product.

Acid Reactive Stains

A blend of naturally occurring mineral salts and acids that react with the existing chemicals in concrete to achieve a mottled, more "natural stone" look. Each installation is as unique as a fingerprint. Acid reactive stains can be used for exterior hardscapes, artificial rock formations, interior floors, walls, statuary and countertops.

We use a transparent stain color to achieve unlimited effects in detail, varegation and color depth resulting in visually stunning and durable concrete projects. Wide color variations, mottling and uneveness of the color is normal and usually desired. When a more uniformly colored concrete is desired this technique should not be used.

"No Show" Waterproofing

A Siloxane based, long term waterproofing system for stone, brick, rock or tile that doesn't have that "candy apple glaze" look. Unique small molecules allow for deep penetration on dense surfaces. Ideal for surfaces where an invisible barrier of water protection is needed.

Crack and Joint Repairs

A Urethane based sealant is applied to seal out water, transfer wheel loads and accept thermal movement while maintaining adhesion to the sidewalls, a critical factor in the longevity of any crack or joint repair.
